“Vanessa Bryant’s Heartfelt Confession: ‘I Never Expected to Live My Life Without Kobe’”
Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa, has been “almost numb” since the helicopter crash in California that claimed the lives of her NBA legend husband, their 13-year-old
daughter, and seven others, according to a report on Wednesday.
“Vanessa is completely shocked and heartbroken but is trying to stay as strong as she can in front of her children,” a source close to the family told Entertainment Tonight.
Kobe, 41, and Vanessa shared four daughters, including Gianna, who perished with her father when their Sikorsky S-76B helicopter crashed in the foggy hills of Calabasas around 9:45 a.m. Sunday while heading to a youth basketball tournament in Thousand Oaks.
Now, Vanessa Bryant is pushing through her grief to stay strong for their three surviving daughters: Natalia, 17, Bianka, 3, and Capri, born just last June.
