Unsettling Wilt Chamberlain tale gains widespread attention..

This week, a troubling Wilt Chamberlain tale went popular on Twitter.

This week, an HBO documentary titled “Kareem: Minority of One” captivated a sports enthusiast, who afterwards posted a snippet from the film. The video features Kareem Abdul-Jabbar narrating a disturbing anecdote about Chamberlain.

Kareem described how Wilt kind of took him under his wing. But Abdul-Jabbar said that he was concerned by a couple things Chamberlain did. Wilt once spat on someone in an elevator, for instance.

In the documentary, Kareem states, “I was actually bothered by some of the things that Wilt did from time to time.” “As Wilt and I boarded the elevator, a man walked on and said, ‘Wow, this is a really big elevator. How’s the weather up there?'” Wilt heard him say that. Wilt spit on the guy and remarked, “It’s pouring.”

That is disrespectful in addition to being cruel.

Wilt weighed 250 pounds and stood 7 feet 1 inch tall. Kareem’s height was given as 7 feet 2 inches. A handful of really tall guys were there.

At sixty-three years old, Wilt passed away in 1999. He was the winner of two NBA titles and four NBA MVP honors. Many people consider him to be the greatest basketball player of all time. He is the subject of some very legendary stories. Or, like in this instance, the tales may be well-known.
