The latest one-and-done postseason run by the Pittsburgh Steelers is casting doubt on Mike Tomlin’s future.

NY’S ORCHARD PARK — The latest one-and-done postseason run by the Pittsburgh Steelers is casting doubt on Mike Tomlin’s future.

On Monday night, the coach with the longest tenure in the NFL wasn’t in the mood to discuss it.

After the team lost to the Buffalo Bills 31-17, Tomlin departed the platform at his postgame press conference when a reporter said, “Mike, you have a year left on your contract.”

The sudden departure has only increased curiosity regarding Tomlin’s and the Steelers’ future plans. Following Bill Belichick’s departure from New England this week, he has been in charge there for 17 seasons, making him the head coach with the longest tenure in the NFL.
