Mark Wilson not only opposes lying down arguments, but he has also turned the story around.
Lackluster Mark Wilson believes that Rangers’ snipers are disguising issues with their own team in response to Aberdeen criticism following their crushing at Parkhead.
The former Celtic defender has heard the claims made on the radio by people like Kris Boyd and ardent supporters of the Light Blues that the Dons should give up on the Premiership winners and play harder against their fierce rivals from Govan. Wilson not only disagrees with that claim, but he has also reversed the story to suggest that Rangers’ inability to win against Aberdeen is their fault.
Wilson stated on Clyde One Superscoreboard, “You’d think professional footballers would go and do that. It’s a ridiculous argument.” That being said, if you believe that Rangers have superior players than Aberdeen, are you not taking aim at your own team, Rangers, and asking why they aren’t able to perform on par with them?
“I don’t know, maybe they don’t like the atmosphere. But how in the world do you think Aberdeen, with their roster of excellent players, will believe that the other ten teams in the league will think, “We’ll be fine today, but the Rangers are coming?” Here, we’re going to give it our all!
Rangers visit Aberdeen on Sunday. The team led by Philippe Clement may start the Granite City match 11 points behind Celtic, the defending champions.
