With Nikola Jokic, it is official. After yet another outstanding performance in Game 4 of the 2023 Western Conference Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers, the superstar big man for the Denver Nuggets is now the all-time leader in triple-doubles in a single postseason in league history.

With his eighth triple-double of the postseason, Nikola Jokic surpasses Wilt Chamberlain’s record.

In the series against the Lakers, Nikola Jokic is averaging a triple-double, and he had already recorded two trip-dubs in the conference finals going into Game 4. Despite the Serbian’s “subpar” performance in Games 1 and 2, he managed to record one in each of the next two before falling short of another in Game 3. Nevertheless, the Nuggets prevailed. Jokic was also a walking triple-double machine in the first two rounds against the Phoenix Suns and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
