It’s likely that Leeds United supporters believed Luis Sinisterra was done for the season at Elland Road. If a recent report is to be believed, though, that might not be the case. According to TEAMtalk, Jaiden Anthony is returning to Bournemouth, and the Whites may call up Sinisterra from his loan stint there.
In the summer, the Whites reached an agreement on a season-long swap deal that included Anthony moving to Elland Road and Sinisterra joining the Premier League. Neither party has benefited from it thus far; Anthony has played more but mostly as a substitute, starting just two games out of his 16 appearances, and Sinisterra has only started one Premier League game this season.
At this point, it’s unclear whether Leeds would welcome Sinisterra back into the fold following the swap, or if they would try to get him a new loan deal at another team.
