Jack Grealish has continued his summer holidays by posting a snap of him enjoying his travels alongside fellow Aston Villa team-mate John McGinn.
The Manchester United target was spotted drinking beers during a break in Ibiza with Tottenham’s Dele Alli and Leicester City star James Maddison on Friday.
The England trio did not appear to practise social distancing as they huddled around friends by the beach on the Spanish party island.
He shared yet another Christmas photo with John McGinn, his teammate at Aston Villa.
And Grealish seemed to be getting a bit too close to his pals once more after sharing a vacation photo on Instagram with the message, “What a week with my brothers,” taken at a beach.
His most recent photo has him interacting closely with pal Sean Gibbons and lounging with a bespectacled McGinn. The two appear to be unwinding after helping Villa stave off Premier League relegation.
Between Grealish and the Villa pair is Sheffield United forward Callum Robinson, who attended the Villa academy alongside Grealish. On the far right is Grealish’s best friend, Ollie Priestley.
Grealish has already faced criticism for defying orders from the government during the epidemic. In March, the winger crashed his £70,000 Range Rover while attending a party at the apartment of his former teammate, Ross McCormack.
In addition, he will be subject to a two-week quarantine upon returning to the United Kingdom due to recent coronavirus restrictions imposed on Spain on the previous Saturday.
After a fantastic season with the West Midlands club, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is anxious to recruit the 24-year-old and move him to Old Trafford, so the summer ahead for him will be unknown.
And whether or not the Red Devils are successful in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund sensation Jadon Sancho, United great Ryan Giggs has urged them to sign the captain of Villa.
“I think Grealish is a good example of someone who doesn’t need to adjust to the Premier League,” Giggs remarked.
From the outside, it appears to me that he has the mindset necessary to come here and not worry him. Some players may become overconfident.
The positive thing about him this year is that he’s scored 10 goals and is in double figures, so that answered one of my concerns about him: does he score enough goals? For Villa to reach double digits without a penalty is noteworthy.
If we are able to acquire him and Sancho, who are two potential acquisitions, I would go for them.
