The Celtics play the same opponent back-to-back in their final two games before the All-Star break. The C’s play the Nets on Tuesday in Brooklyn, then on Wednesday at TD Garden, the division rivals square off again.

Due to a low back contusion sustained against the Heat, Kristaps Porzingis has been designated by the C’s as questionable for Tuesday’s opening game. The trade additions Jaden Springer (right ankle impingement) and Xavier Tillman (left knee injury management) are still classified as out.

Tillman and Springer have yet to make their Celtics debuts ever since the trade. At this point, it’s unclear if they will suit up ahead of the All-Star break. The C’s could also be cautious with their new acquisitions since the weeklong break is so close. In that case, both Tillman and Springer can acclimate to their new surroundings and team while not having to jump right into minutes.

The Celtics bring in their league-best 41-12 record into Tuesday’s game. The Nets are 21-31 thus far and 11th in the East, just out of the play-in tourney picture.
