The New York Giants are having a terrible start to the 2023 NFL season. Daboll breaks down after Jones intercepts him. It all reached a boiling point on Monday night against the Seattle Seahawks. Jones threw two interceptions, and the Giants managed just three points in total. Firstly, a botched play from the Seahawks five-yard line resulted in a 97-yard pick-six by Devon Witherspoon. When Daboll viewed the throw afterward on the tablet, he was obviously irritated because it was such a bad decision.

Jones did not finish there. Later, when the team attempted to get back into the game, he threw another interception. Daboll was questioned about the “altercation” on the sidelines after the game. He claimed he was attempting to understand Jones’ viewpoint regarding his throwing choice. “Obviously, not throw an interception,” was his reply when asked what he wanted the quarterback to perform on the play.
