At Elland Road, Leeds United supporters dress up Willy Gnonto as a gigantic cry baby in honor of the new flag.
Wilfried Gnonto, a free agent, has drawn harsh criticism from Leeds United supporters when he declined to play for the Whites after their relegation.
Gnonto, 19, just moved to Leeds from FC Zurich in Switzerland last summer, but he quickly established himself as a reliable danger in the Whites’ front line.
However, the Italian was unable to prevent Leeds from being relegated to the Premier League, and after that, he submitted a transfer request. In addition, manager Daniel Farke barred the player from first-team practice.
Unsurprisingly, Leeds supporters have taken to criticizing Gnonto in a new banner that was erected outside Elland Road before of Leeds’ Championship Friday night matchup against West Brom. This is in response to his apparent contempt for the squad and his teammates.

A Leeds supporter was waving a flag that had Gnonto’s face edited onto a baby’s body with the words, “Waaah Waaah I not wanna play in the Championship.”
Leeds supporters who were flying the flag received a lot of sympathy from other Leeds supporters as well as football enthusiasts who sympathized with their predicament. One supporter said, “Everton fan here, that’s genuinely amazing, fully support it too, the kid has handled this as poorly as I’ve ever seen.”
