The Watt brothers are arguably the most well-known brotherly duo in recent memory, and the Pittsburgh Steelers certainly love to have sets of brothers on the squad. But is Derek Watt in risk of losing his spot on the club as the 2023 season approaches?

The three Watt brothers are arranged as follows: JJ is the oldest, Derek is the middle sibling, and TJ is the young star edge rusher. Each of the three brothers was a football player for the University of Wisconsin. Derek assisted standout running back Melvin Gordon in having a record-breaking season while he was there. In the sixth round of the 2016 draft, Watt was selected by the Chargers, where he once more had the opportunity to play with Gordon. Most people thought he was the second-best fullback that season, largely because of his blocking prowess.
