The Celtics’ newest player shares an open assessment on the team’s culture.

Xavier Tillman was dealt by the Memphis Grizzlies to the Boston Celtics on February 7. A little more than a month later, Tillman is enjoying the change of environment.

When questioned about the culture of the Boston Celtics, Xavier Tillman gave a positive assessment of what he has observed from the group.

Either way, he’s now on the best team in the NBA, and it’s pretty easy to see why he’d be happy to be there.
