Byron Scott recalls how Larry Bird’s inane small talk made facing the star player for the Celtics “fun.”
Looking at Larry Bird from a distance looks like a bad idea. The former player for the Boston Celtics may not have had the best athletic build, but he was able to score in almost any fashion. Along the process, he wasn’t averse to using strong language and had unwavering faith in his abilities.
