One of the most decorated players in the game, “The Rocket,” will share his tale in a feature-length documentary.

“I can create magic with this cue, just like I can with my wand,” O’Sullivan said in “The Edge of Everything.”

As the 47-year-old approaches retirement, the documentary will explore the “highs and lows” of O’Sullivan’s career. The highlight will be his seventh world title in 2022, which came after an 18–13 triumph over Judd Trump.

O’Sullivan stated, “I felt that this was the right time to do something more definitive, something that I can look back on and reflect on as I consider retirement.”

After defeating Ali Carter 6-4 in the quarterfinals, O’Sullivan is now competing at the International Championship in Tianjin, China.

The seven-time world champion will now play Zhang Anda of China in the semifinals; the winner, who defeated Jordan Brown, will face Tom Ford in the championship match.

The 47-year-old, who lost to Ding Junhui in the quarterfinals of the previous tournament, is gaining form ahead of the UK Championships, which get underway at the York Barbican on November 25.
