Fighters NBA vs. Wilt Chamberlain Comparison of Stephen Curry’s Career.
When considering the best players on the Golden State Warriors, two guys immediately spring to mind. Chamberlain was the Warriors’ all-time top scorer when he left the team. Curry’s ascent above Chamberlain on that list is only one of his several achievements from his time as a Golden State player. Moving from Philadelphia to California was made much easier with Chamberlain. Curry transformed the team from a mediocre team into one of the greatest dynasties in history.
Even though Chamberlain didn’t play for the Warriors as much, he had excellent stats. Curry’s numbers are even more impressive. Curry is the only player who has the ability to overtake one other as the best Warriors player of all time. If Chamberlain accomplished enough in that period, that is the question. Stephen Curry: 13 (as of 2009)
In 1959, Chamberlain went from being a member of the Harlem Globetrotters to being the most sought-after player available. He was able to join the NBA thanks to the Philadelphia Warriors, and he had an instant effect, leading the league in scoring each of his seasons there. Among them is his 50.4 points per game in 1961–62, a season total that set an NBA record. Chamberlain began his career with the Warriors while they were based in Philadelphia, but he later transferred to San Francisco. The 1964–65 season saw him traded to Philadelphia, who at the time was the 76ers.
Curry was selected in the 2009 NBA Draft with the seventh overall pick. He was selected to the All-Star squad after around four years, and he hasn’t looked back since. Curry has stayed with the franchise that selected him in the draft. There have never been any whispers that he is so furious that he wants to get away. He has left the team whenever he had the opportunity because of this.

For Chamberlain, winning titles in the 1960s was a challenge. During this decade, the NBA was dominated by Bill Russell and the Boston Celtics. During their greatest period, the Celtics won 11 titles, including back-to-back championships in 1959 and 1966. Although Chamberlain had already joined the 76ers, he had already won a championship in 1967. Russell was legendary, even though Chamberlain was excellent.
