Michael van Gerwen prevailed over Luke Littler 6-5 on Night Two of the BetMGM Premier League Darts in Berlin, demonstrating his resilience.
Littler had an early lead after taking off a 12-dart leg, but the Green Machine rallied and took the lead 2-1.

Luke Littler was defeated by Michael van Gerwen in a thrilling final-leg decider in Berlin. Both players went on to average over 100 and make outstanding dart throws; Littler held his throw to send the match to a decisive leg and a 5-5 tie.
The 17-year-old then suffered heartbreak when, after positioning himself on D10, he failed to make two match darts, allowing van Gerwen to come back and win the match on D4.
Van Gerwen claims that after defeating Littler in the championship match, he feels at ease on stage.
After winning, Van Gerwen told Sky Sports Darts, “Sometimes I have the darts, but to have games against Luke Littler is always good.”
Given how everyone performed, I believe it was an excellent night for darts. It was a nice night overall.
“I performed exceptionally well, maintaining pressure on my opponents when it mattered most.
That was a crucial point in my day. There is yet more to come.”
Van Gerwen defeated Michael Smith in a thrilling last-leg decider in the Berlin semifinal, hitting six flawless darts.
Van Gerwen secured his place in the championship match with an incredible decisive leg against Michael Smith.
Throughout the opening part of the game, the Dutchman dominated Bullyboy, leading 4-1.
Smith battled back to tie the match at five, winning four straight legs to aid in his progress. However, MVG won the final leg with two maximums.
