Watanabe (illness) will not play in Tuesday’s game against the Kings.

Watanabe has missed the last two games, and it is unclear if he will suit up for Sunday’s game against the Pacers.

In a thrilling conference matchup, the Phoenix Suns (22-18, seventh in the Western Conference) will take on the New Orleans Pelicans (25-17, fifth in the Western Conference) at Smoothie King Center at 7 PM CT.

SUNS AND PELICANS ARE HEALTHY
The Pelicans, led by a healthy Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram, and CJ McCollum, want to snap the scorching Suns’ three-game winning streak. This season, the Pelicans will start their main starting lineup against an opponent for the twenty-third time.

Aside from Bol Bol’s sprained foot, Phoenix has no other notable ailments to report. Since 2016, teams led by Kevin Durant have amassed an outstanding record of victories over the Pelicans in New Orleans.

Concerning the Pellets
Brandon Ingram scored 28, pulled down 10 rebounds, and disheveled 10 assists to record his first triple-double-double of the season (third of his career).
Out of all NBA players, CJ McCollum leads the league in three-point percentage, registering a minimum of seven three-pointers per game at 44.3%.

The Pelicans shot 44 of 89 (.494) from the field and 25 of 47 (.532) from three-point range, outshooting the Hornets, who were only able to convert 19 of 45 (.422) and 39 of 90 (.433) from the floor. New Orleans’ 25 three-pointers made set a new franchise record.

SUNS’S LAST ACT
Against the Kings on Tuesday, Kevin Durant recorded 27 points—15 of which came in the fourth quarter—five rebounds, and four assists.
With nine of his seventeen (3-of-14) three-pointers, Grayson Allen finished with a team-high 29 points, six assists, two blocks, and a career-high nine triples, match the Suns franchise record.
