Then, both players missed reds that hardly appeared plausible, and Ronnie calmed things down by selecting a good red and green. Then, O’Sullivan has the opportunity to work one more in this final. Then, O’Sullivan cans a long red, missing the black in the process. Nothing is being done by the yellow. Carter is also unable to separate the frame from an easy red with the others. With Carter leading by 40 points, there is a little window of safety.
